Big players indeed shine when the stage is big. Tiger Woods has had a terrible run in the last couple of tournaments. However, at arguably the biggest tournament of the season The Masters… he is back with a bang. He had an incredible third round and now leads the tournament scorecard. He hit birdies on his first four holes reaching 13 under par for the tournament.

He is closely followed by Chris DiMarco who is two strokes behind. Tiger is looking forward to his fourth green jacket as he has already won at the Masters in 1997, 2001 and 2002. He looks motivated enough considering he just equaled a record of scoring seven birdies.

Woods is not alone in form at the tournament. Defending champion Phil Mickelson is also having a great tournament. He hit birdies on his 12, 13 and 15th hole to climb to forth place in the points tally. Trevor Immelman was the surprise of the day as he hit a seven under par to climb to tie with Vijay Singh at five under.
